Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with the return.
Please note that items purchased from the “Sales” category are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its status. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take a few days to process, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item, which are non-refundable.
Exchanges
For exchanges, such as size or color changes, please contact us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, while we will cover shipping costs for the replacement item. Note that items from the “Sales” category are non-exchangeable.
